Robin specializes in brand strategy, identity development and digital communications, working as an embedded advisor alongside in-house leadership teams and agency partners to bring clarity and alignment to organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity.
After a distinguished career leading global B2B and B2C brand and marketing initiatives, Robin founded McL brand design inc as her advisory practice. Today, she works directly with organizations undergoing rebrands, website transformations and marketing or creative transitions—providing senior-level guidance from positioning through execution and ongoing stewardship. Her work has earned more than 40 industry awards and the trust of clients across the legal, manufacturing and consumer sectors.

Robin studied at the Yale School of Management and the Connecticut Institute of Art and served for more than a decade on the Board of Directors of InSource, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering in-house creative leaders.
