Robin McLoughlin

Robin is the founder of McL Brand Design, an executive advisory practice specializing in brand, marketing and digital transformation. She advises leadership teams through periods of growth and change, helping organizations align strategy before investing in rebrands, website transformation and marketing initiatives.

Robin believes the strongest brands begin with aligned leadership. Her approach combines executive discovery, strategic positioning and embedded advisory to help organizations navigate complexity, build momentum and create lasting business value.

She studied at the Yale School of Management and the Connecticut Institute of Art and served for more than a decade on the Board of Directors of InSource, supporting the growth of in-house creative leaders. Robin is also a speaker and author of Creatives in Leadership, sharing practical insights on leadership, brand strategy and organizational transformation.
